So, today I would like to tell you about health. Do you know what health

Health is the most
important thing that everybody should concern. From babies to the older we
should care of our health. Everybody should take it serious because once we got
disease, it really hard to recover it. So in order to evade from any health
problem we must take care of our health in daily life. For not wasting your
time, according to World Health Organization, health can be defined as a state of
complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of
disease or infirmity. Other than that, I have research more the definition of
health from other sources. Other than I took from WHO, I found that according
to Merriam Webster, she gives a simple meaning of health which is the
condition of being well or free from disease. All people want health and do not want
disease. But we do not know when we can get disease right? So we should being
prepared with yourself to take care of yourself with concern your health. In
