Healthy vs Unhealthy People


Thanks for nonstop reading my blog and waiting to the next entry...okay, so let’s move on to the next.

Can you imagine that what will happen if we do not take care of our health? Oh no! I cannot brain that! People’s dream is to get healthy every day. So, starting from now, we should concern and give more attention to our health. Obviously, we can differentiate between people in healthy and unhealthy. I will show you guys the different of healthy and unhealthy people.



Healthy people
Unhealthy people
Eating healthy food
Eating unhealthy food such as junk food
Taking small breaks during the day
Working non-stop and eating healthy snacks
Staying fit with exercise at least 3 times in a week
Sitting all the day without produce sweat
Taking a good dinner and get good sleeping
Not eating at all and having trouble sleeping
Having a positive thinking every time
Always have negative thinking and do not have solution of the problems



 Healthy People plan to prevent illness.

Healthy people don't wait to get sick or injured. They put plans in place to do everything they can to
PREVENT it. If they are unfortunate enough to fall ill (we all catch colds) they take good care of themselves using the same principles. 









 Healthy food


 Healthy People plan their day around exercise, healthy meals and adequate sleep.

A healthy lifestyle cannot be achieved if your health is low on the priority list. Healthy people know that if their exercise, meals and sleep are well planned then the rest falls into place because there is endless evidence that healthy people perform better at work, foster stronger relationships with their partners and can even earn a higher income in the long term!
